Minister of Interior Roberto Leal Monteiro Ngongo of Angola
Luanda An Angolan delegation led by Home Affairs minister, Roberto Leal Monteiro Ngongo is attending since Tuesday the first Forum of the Portuguese-speaking Community Countries (CPLP), taking place in Lisbon, Portugal.
Minister Ngongo said that when Angola was invited to send police officers to Germany, for the 2006 World Cup, one of the greatest goals was to gain experience for the organisation of the continental event, and gather skills and know-how about security in such competitions.

As regards criminality, another point discussed at the meeting, Roberto Leal Monteiro Ngongo said that it was proposed the creation of a national observatory for the prevention and combat juvenile criminality, integrated in the commission tasked with studying the problem of children and delinquency in Angola.
