In 2004, Ashe was elected Chairman of thirteenth session of the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development.
Ashe was Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations from 1995 to 2004.
Ashe was educated at the University of Pennsylvania at Philadelphia, St.
two-year (2004-2005) Implementation Cycle of the CSD.
Ashe is a citizen of Antigua and Barbuda and holds a Ph.
Dr Ashe said that the US statement provided little in the way of useful information as to when and how the United States would come into compliance with the WTOs recommendations and rulings.
