Prime Minister Artur Rasizade of Azerbaijan
The Azerbaijani Prime Minister voiced hope that the agreements, reached during the first official visit of the foreign minister of the fraternal country will promote further expansion of ties between the two.
Azerbaijani Premier Artur Rasizade said that documentation over construction of Kars-Akhalkalak-Tbilisi-Baku railway project will be complete in January and an agreement on construction will be signed.
Rasizade said that the ministers also discussed the energy exchange between the two trans-Caucasus republics in the winter, the construction of power lines that are to link Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, as well as the participation of Azerbaijani companies in the construction of electric stations in Georgia.
