Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev of Azerbaijan

Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev said the Ministry has prepared a package of documents to stimulate investment activity.

Azerbaijan Republic Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev said Azerbaijan’s Government pays special attention to infrastructural enhancement.

Newly appointed Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev has made his first statement Thursday.

Mustafayev said that the loans given to businessmen should be directed to implementation of regional development programs.

Over 414bln is planned to be invested in development of Azerbaijani infrastructure from 2009 to 2012, which is very important for creation of acceptable conditions for entrepreneurship,” Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev said at plenary session of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament) on 2009 public budget.
