Chairman, Royal Advisory Council Rinzin Gyaltshen of Bhutan

The Zhung Kalyon, Dasho Rinzin Gyaltshen said it would be better if the candidates have a few years of experience in the public service.

The current Chairman Dasho Rinzin Gyaltshen was appointed in July 1998.

Speaking to Kuensel yesterday, the chairman of the council, Zhung Kalyon, Dasho Rinzin Gyaltshen said the appellant, Major Pem Tshering, had signed the Genja with the RAC to be liable to a sum of Nu.
