Ntwaagae was Permanent Secretary in Botswana’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation since 2006.

Ntwaagae was Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Foreign Ministry.

Ntwaagae has a master’s degree from Pennsylvania University, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Botswana and Swaziland.
