A statement from the presidency issued late on Sunday said Paramanga Ernest Yonli had formed a government of 36 people, one third drawn from the opposition.
Paramanga Ernest YONLI was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Burkina Faso to The United States of America on December 05, 2007.
YONLI was in charge of a research program on farmers strategies for food security at CEDRES.
Since January 2008, Yonli has been the Ambassador of Burkina Faso to the United States.
Yonli was born in Tansarga in Tapoa Province.
Yonli was elected to the National Assembly from Tapoa Province as a CDP candidate in the May 2007 parliamentary election.
