Minister of Health MAM Bun heng of Cambodia

Secretary of State for the Ministry of Health Mam Bun Heng said at the signing that although the use of contraception in Cambodia has increased from 7% in 1994 to 19% in 2002, many Cambodians still lack access to modern contraception.

E MAM BUN HENG said at the launch that the incidence of dengue this year has increased most in the past five weeks.

Mam Bun Heng said in a statement that improving lab facilities and staff skills is crucial to support diagnosis, survey and research activities.
