Timothy Tong Hin-ming was appointed Saturday by China's Central People's Government as the Commissioner of the Independent Commission Against Corruption for the third-term Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) government, on the nomination of HKSAR Chief Executive Donald Tsang.
