Anthony Akoto Osei is Minister of State with the Ghanian Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning.
Osei has previously served as research consultant at the Institute of Urban Affairs in the United States and he has also lectured at the Department of Economics, Howard University from January 1985 to July1987.
Anthony Akoto Osei has a number of publications to his credit.
Prior to becoming a Member of Parliament and a Deputy Minister, Dr Osei was the Special Advisor to the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning from 2001 to 2003 and a Research Fellow at the Centre for Policy Analysis (CEPA), Accra for six (6) years.
