Ambassador to the US Kwame Bawuah-edusei of Ghana

Dr Kwame Bawuah-Edusei has been Ghana's Ambassador to the United States since 2004.
Bawuah-Edusei has been a promoter of advancement of skills, trades, professions and technical competence.
Kwame Bawuah-Edusei has called on all Ghanaians and friends of Ghana to show solidarity and to contribute generously to the Flood Relief Fund that has been set up by the Embassy of Ghana in Washington D.
Bawuah-Edusei expressed the Governments appreciation to both the International and Local Organizations for their immense assistance.
Many asked about the conditions in Ghana, and discussed their need to participate in Ghanaian life, by being able to vote during elections - something that Bawuah-Edusei said is under study, right now.
Kwame Bawuah-Edusei is Ambassador of Ghana to Switzerland and Austria and Permanent Representative of Ghana to the UN offices and international organizations in Geneva, including the WTO.
Bawuah-Edusei was appointed Ghana’s ambassador in 2006 and holds concurrent accreditation to Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, Haiti and the Bahamas.
KWAME BAWUAH-EDUSEI has been Ghana's Ambassador to the US.
Ambassador Bawuah-Edusei is also expected to meet with and visit Ghanaian businesses whilst in Atlanta.
The event being championed by Ambassador Kwame Bawuah-Edusei is being held across the length and breadth of the US.
Mr Bawuah-Edusei said with competing demands for foreign direct investment, Ghana cannot sit down and hope that investors will come by themselves.

Bawuah-Edusei said that Africa was in transition from a continent that depended on handouts, to one that was self-reliant.
