Minister of Macedonia and Thrace Margaritis Tzimas of Greece

Tzimas was a founding member of New Democracy (ND) party in 1974.

Tzimas was a member of the local and regional authorities committee of the Council of Europe, during the periods 1991-1994 and 1999-2004.

Macedonia-Thrace Minister Margaritis Tzimas was another to go, along with Agricultural Development Minister Alexandros Kontos and Deputy Foreign Minister Petros Doukas.
