Minister of Finance Issuf Sanha of Guinea-Bissau

Portugal will provide its former colony Guinea-Bissau two million Euro in aid and budgetary support, the impoverished West African nation’s Finance Minister Issuf Sanha said on March 3.

Finance Minister Issuf Sanha said that it would only be able to cover 35 percent of the 2008 budget from its own resources.
