Havana, Jun 16 (Prensa Latina) Guinea Bissau Defense Minister Marciano Da Silva Pereira Barbeiro is due to arrive in Cuba Saturday, leading a top-level delegation, the Revolutionary Armed Forces Ministry (MINFAR) reported.

Defense Minister Marciano Silva Barbeiro said he had not been officially informed of the incident.

Joining today’s meeting by video-link from Bissau, Guinea-Bissau Minister of Defence Marciano Silva Barbeiro said his country was proud to be on the agenda of the Commission, and was following the evolution of its commitment in Burundi and Sierra Leone.

Barbeiro said by video-link that he had noted the unanimity among the statements, and felt the international community was showing its commitment to aid Guinea-Bissau in overcoming its challenges.
