State Minister for Okinawa and Northern Territories Tsutomu Sato of Japan

In the Cabinet of Prime Minister Taro Aso, appointed on 24 September 2008, Sato was appointed as Chairman of the National Public Safety Commission and Minister of State in charge of Disaster Management.
Noting the various systems, technologies and applications on display at CES, Sato said that his ministry had formed a working group to determine what systems and technologies to use.
Sato said that the surface could be oxidized and reduced in thickness using chemical mechanical polishing.
Sato said it would be possible to vent the void with a hole etched down into or to use multiple voids of limited size separated by supporting walls of silicon.
So far, Toshiba has not tried to create any electronic devices in the silicon above the void but in his paper Sato described the technique as, "a promising candidate that can take the place of SOI.
Tsutomu Sato said at a news conference that he ''has never heard of'' any information that the suspect, Tatsuya Ichihashi, committed suicide as the Times reported in its online edition Friday.
The Ministry of Self Defense confirms Sato has admitted it’s true, and that he told them “I had my private reasons” for doing it.
