Seung Kook Park is the Managing Director of Biopharmaceutical Research Center of Hanall Pharmaceutical Co.
Park was Deputy Minister for Policy, Planning and International Organizations in his country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Park was an aide to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, before his appointment as Secretary for International Security in the Office of the President.
Park said appropriate systems must be at hand to effectively deal with continued and grave abuses of human rights, and resolutions by individual countries are the most effective way to do this.
