In a parliamentary inspection of his ministry on Tuesday, Won said the government plans to complete related discussion by next year and hold the 2010 local elections according to the new administrative system.

Won had to resign as a result of election results that impacted the city’s administration.

Minister Sei-Hoon Won expressed his strong will to exert best efforts to "realize advanced top-class country" through close cooperation between central and provincial governments.
