Minister of Finance Tajikan Kalimbetova of Kyrgyzstan

FOR INTERNATIONAL AIDBISHKEK, December 4 Asia Pulse - All grants received from international aid organizations will be stored in one yet to be established institution, Kyrgyz Minister of Finance Tajikan Kalimbetova said at parliamentary hearings on state budget discussions.

Addressing the parliamentary Committee for Economy, Budget, and Finances on January 31, Finance Minister Tajikan Kalimbetova said Russia had been paying nothing for the AF base in Kant.

Kalimbetova said the government planned to pay the outstanding sum it owed not in cash but in bonds, which recipients could eventually turn into money.

As the Minister of Finance Tajikan Kalimbetova said the fifth part of the allotted funds will cover governmental personnel re-skilling and technical base upgrade.
