Chairman Planning and Investment Committee Dalavong Soulivong of Laos

Minister Soulivong said the Laos Government encourages Vietnamese investors to invest in energy and mining.

Mr Soulivong said that at the meeting delegates discussed many issues, and that he was proud to say that ASEAN is an attractive area of investors.
