Minister of Finance Mohammed Chattah of Lebanon
In a talk with NOW Lebanon, Minister of Finance Mohammed Chattah said he had attempted to transfer the issue of the Resistanceâs arms to the national dialogue table and would continue such attempts at the ministerial statement committeeâs next meeting.
Chattah said the problem was that âthe other team still refused.
On the ministerial statement clause on Lebanese Syrian relations, Chattah said there some details were still pending an agreement.
As Israel pressed deeper into south Lebanon, Lebanese official Mohammed Chattah said diplomatic efforts to end the conflict are continuing around-the-clock.
