Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs Alphonse Ralison of Madagascar

HEM Alphonse Ralison met the honorary consuls of Madagascar in Denmark, Norway and Sweden during a conference in Copenhagen on September 21st, 2007.

Better known for his nationalistic stance in the employers’ federation Fivmpama of which he was the chairman for five years at the end of the 1990s, Alphonse Ralison has just taken up the post of Ambassador in Berlin.

Ambassador Ralison has held posts in the countrys government on two occasions; in the mid-1990s as Minister of Tourism and in the early 2000s as Minister of Trade.

In March 2006 Alphons Ralison was appointed Ambassador in Berlin concurrently accredited to Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Austria.
