Minister of Foreign Affairs Marcel Ranjeva of Madagascar

MOSCOW, October 7 (RIA Novosti) - Madagascar foreign minister Marcel Ranjeva is arriving in Moscow on a working visit Sunday to discuss the settlement of conflicts and crises on the African continent with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov.
Madagascan Foreign Minister Marcel Ranjeva said Tuesday night that his country stands for the newly enacted Anti-SecessionLaw of China and its bid for a peaceful reunification.
Citing the non-stop charter flight services between China's mainland and Taiwan during the traditional Spring Festival holidays, Ranjeva said Madagascar holds that the Chinese people across the Taiwan Straits approve of peaceful reunification of their country, which coincides with the Madagascan government's position.
Defense Minister of Madagascar General Marcel Ranjeva has offered his resignation to President Didier Ratsiraka, said a government official here on Saturday.
Ranjeva has been sent by the exiled President of Madagscar, Didier Ratsiraka.
Ranjeva said President Marc Ravalomanana will go to China to watch the games by then.
