Minister of Sports, Culture, and Hobbies Patrick Ramiaramana of Madagascar

Sports Minister Patrick Ramiaramana had sacked the FA of the country after violence in a stadium at Antananarivo forced the cancellation of an African Champions League encounter.

Comment: I chose Mayor Ramiaramanana because of his strong will to try improve the quality of life in his city despite the great poverty in Madagascar.

Ramiaramana has been at the forefront of developing eco-tourism for his region, balancing respect for the environment with the needs of the people living there.
