Ambassador to the US Arturo Cruz sequeira of Nicaragua

Cruz Sequeira said he was not a Sandinista and said that his appointment was a good message from President Ortega who looked for someone outside the FSLN inner circle to handle the relationship with the United States.

Cruz Sequeira said the need for foreign investment in Nicaragua is great.
