Santos Lopez was born in Managua, Nicaragua, to Samuel Santos-Fernandez and Lucila Lopez-Bermudez.

Nicaraguan Foreign Minister Samuel Santos Lopez is expected to stay in Belarus between October 29 and 31 on an official visit.

Samuel Santos Lopez expressed the confidence that the bilateral projects will be successfull considering that the two countries have developed friendship and understanding.
