Minister of Food and Agriculture Lars Peder Brekk of Norway
Brekk said Haga would return to Parliament as a MP for her party, if her health permitted.
That was after Norway's left-centre government coalition, of which Brekk is a member, had accepted proposed tariff cuts.
Brekk has said that's exaggerated, and has gone along with Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Stre's support for a WTO deal.
Brekk has said the deal under discussion in Geneva would still protect 70 to 80 percent of Norwegian agricultural production.
