Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology Yuriy Petrovich Trutnev of Russia

In an interview with the Russian newspaper Rossiyskaya Gazeta, Trutnev said he would introduce systemic change to the ministry's work, and also identify and remove the many "rogues" currently on its payroll.
