SOUTHERN PROVINCE: The Minister of Education Jeanne Darc Mujawamariya has urged graduands of the National University of Rwanda to utilise.

Mujawamariya has been called to testify in front of the committee on several occasions as well as speak directly to the Parliament as a whole.
