From BBC Monitoring International Reports) London, 18 Sep: The new Minister of Water, Dr Ghazi Bin-Abd-al-Rahman al-Qusaybi has affirmed that the Ministry of Water is still in the process of construction and that enough time is needed to provide answers on the current water situation which should be based.
