Minister Lloyd said this fits well with the national theme – Our Constitution: the Voice of Our Nation – as it offers a chance for US to examine the role of the social worker in ensuring that the excluded are heard and the rights of the vulnerable are protected.

Minister Lloyd said the commissioning was a milestone and telemedicine and teleconferencing are moving from being mere dreams and becoming realities in Seychelles.
