Minister of Labor and Industrial Relations Minkailu Mansaray of Sierra Leone

Addressing staff and the outgoing minister of labour and social security Alpha Timbo, the incoming minister Minkailu Mansaray said he had not come to the ministry to suppress workers.
Minkailu Mansaray has said that in order for Sierra Leone to ratify the remaining International Labour Organisation (ILO) Core Conventions, his ministry is presently preoccupied with revising all draft Labour Legislations, including the Workers Compensation Act, the Factory Act, Industrial Relations Act and the Employment Act, which all form part of the overall National Employment Policy.
Mr Mansaray expressed optimism that the visit will enable the two countries to share experience, research findings and other things of interest between them.
Minkailu Mansaray is a Sierra Leonean politician and the country's Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security.
Mansaray had served as a member of the Parliament of Sierra Leone representing the Western Area Rural District in 2002-2005.
Minkailu Mansaray has issued out a signed press release warning drivers in the country to observe and abide by the rule of law.

Minkailu Mansaray is reportedly inviting applications from the unemployed population of youth intending to work in Iraq and other Arab countries.
