Minister of Defense and National Security Paulo Conteh of Sierra Leone

Major Conteh said the meeting focused on setting up of the Security Council reiterating that it is only when this is done that they will be able to address major security problems affecting the region with particular reference to the Guinean occupation of Yenga, a town which borders Sierra Leone and Guinea.

Chief Justice Conteh is the author of several articles on law, governance and democracy and the environment and a book of essays on the Constitution of Sierra Leone, 1991.
