Minister of Justice Mariano Fernandez bermejo of Spain

Fernandez Bermejo is due to succeed Juan Fernando Lopez Aguilar, who is stepping down in order to become the governing Socialist Party\'s head candidate for the Canary Islands in the May regional elections.

Fernandez Bermejo was to be sworn in on Monday.
