Sardjoe said the visit had nothing to do with a recent offer from Taiwan to open diplomatic ties in exchange for a million-dollar grant.
During his stay in Beijing, Sardjoe is expected to meet with senior Chinese leaders including President Hu Jintao and Li Changchun respectively, while he will hold talks with vice president Zeng Qinghong.
