Minister for Public Service and Information Themba Msibi of Swaziland

Information Minister Themba Msibi said new legislation to raise the standards of journalism would be tabled before parliament this year.

An employee at Kai Kai Lodge outside Manzini, where the alleged incident is said to have happened, claims Msibi is a regular at the lodge and confirms he took a pack of condoms worth R3 on credit.
