Sukhumpong said the caretaker cabinet at Tuesday's weekly meeting approved the proposal by the Foreign Ministry to postpone the ASEAN Summit, originally scheduled in mid-December in Chiang Mai in Thailand's capacity of rotating chairmanship of ASEAN, to be postponed to March.
Sukhumpong said the bill would require a person who had bought a machine for making CDs to report the purchase to the ministry within 30 days.
Prime Ministers Office Minister Sukhumpong Ngonkham said during the seminar of Resist Coup, Praise Democracy, Amend 2007 Constitution, at Rama Garden Hotel on November 10, that there are many sections of 2007 constitution which are inappropriate to administrate the country but amending it has become an issue as there continues to be a split in the coalition on whether the move should continue or should be put off for a while.
