Minister of Youth, Sport, and Physical Education Samir Labidi of Tunisia

Mr Labidi expressed his satisfaction at the role played by the Tunisian Junior Chamber in instilling the spirit of initiative and volunteer work within young people.

Labidi said he believed that the challenge before the Conference on Disarmament (adopting a programme of work) was not an impossible one.
