Kampala UGANDA needs the services of the International Criminal Court (ICC) to restore peace in the country, justice state minister Fred Ruhindi has said.

Ugandas Radio One this week said Deputy Attorney General Fred Ruhindi has called for enforcement of the country's anti-gay laws.
