Chief Whip Kabakumba Masiko of Uganda

Kampala NRM party chief whip Kabakumba Masiko has refuted reports that there are "rebel MPs" in the NRM caucus.

Masiko was addressing journalists at Parliament on what transpired during the ruling party's monthly meeting.

Ms Masiko has started mobilising NRM district executive committees on the need to retain Mr Museveni in power.
