Minister of the Secretariat of the Presidency Luis Reyes reyes of Venezuela

Former governor of the state of Lara, Luis Reyes Reyes, was designated by the President of the Republic, Hugo Chvez, as the new Minister of Peoples Power for the Presidency.

Luis Reyes Reyes is the former two-term governor of Lara state and has been a close confidant of President Chávez for decades.
