Deputy Prime Minister Truong Vinh Trong of Vietnam

Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Truong Vinh Trong has urged local relevant agencies to strengthen corruption supervision, intensify officials' awareness on the issue, and improve legal system, local newspaper Vietnam News reported Tuesday.
The Communist Party of Vietnam, the National Assembly of Vietnam, the country's top legislature, and the government should intensify their supervision and inspection to prevent corruption, Trong said in a recent interview with the paper.
Trong said that Vietnam and China are good neighbors, comrades, brothers and members of one family.
Vietnam needs to improve the efficiency of its HIV/AIDS control programs to reduce the impact and spread of the disease in the country, Deputy Prime Minister Truong Vinh Trong said on Friday at the end of a two-day conference on HIV/AIDS prevention in Hanoi, Vietnam, the Vietnam News Brief Service reports.
Vietnamese local governments should prioritize HIV/AIDS prevention measures, particularly education and communication programs that target injection drug use among young people, Deputy Prime Minister Truong Vinh Trong said on Tuesday at a symposium on HIV prevention and drug detoxification in Hanoi, Vietnam, the Vietnam News Agency reports.
