Permanent Secretary, Office of the President Gibson Zimba of Zambia

This was a case in which Zimba is jointly charged with his former sentry, Kennious Sialuzu, on three counts of murder.

Zimba was sacked from his position shortly after President Levy Mwanawasa took over the presidency from Chiluba early last year.

Late Zimba was represented by Chifumu Banda, Meebelo Kalima and Bevin Wilombe.
