Cuba's Minister of Labour and Social Security Alfredo Morales Cartaya says South Africa's learnership programme will bring about employment and skills development to the unemployed youth in South Africa.

Labor and Social Security Minister Morales Cartaya said the consultation process produced intense debate and led to a large number of proposals that were all evaluated jointly by the MTSS and the CTC with the parliament leadership and the two related committees.
