Vice President of the Council of Ministers Otto Rivero torres of Cuba

Havana, Dec 14 (VNA) – Economist Otto Rivero Torres has been named Vice President of the Cuban Council of Ministers, according to Granma, an official organ of the Communist Party of Cuba.
